A quality orientation and ongoing training is provided for all Orion employees to stay up-to-date in the field of human services. Orion Associates provides a well rounded training program for staff. The Orion Associates training department specializes in providing training about disabilities to support staff. In addition, Orion has developed specialized training provided by local experts in the field, not only for presentation to organization staff, but available for a fee to staff of other organizations and the general public.
